Worsley Road and Grange Road, Salford - Prohibition of Waiting and Amendment
What is happening?
Salford City Council made the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The title and effect of the Order is as follows; City Of Salford (Worsley Road and Grange Road, Salford) (Prohibition Of Waiting) And (Amendment) Order 2025.
The Order will introduce the following restrictions. No Waiting At Any Time on: Worsley Rd - South west side, from a point 10 metres north west of the northerly projected kerbline of Grange Road, to a point 10 metres south east of the southerly projected kerbline of Grange Road. Grange Road - Both sides, from the westerly projected kerbline of B5211 Worsley Road, for a distance of 13.7 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will come into operation on the 4th December 2025.
A copy of the Order and plan will be available for inspection at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to Fri inclusive. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 2nd December 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
