Sovereign Crescent Group Footpaths, Fareham - Temporary Closure due to Works

TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE – SOVEREIGN CRESCENT GROUP FOOTPATHS, FAREHAM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

FOOTPATH TO BE CLOSED: that part of Sovereign Crescent Group Footpaths between its junction with Sovereign Crescent (outside house number 29) and a point approximately 50 Metres South of said junction.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Sovereign Crescent

DURATION OF ORDER: from 1st December 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 5 days, and in operation for 24 hours a day).

The footpath closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Circet to carry out telecommunication works to lay duct. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: STREETWORKS@CIRCET.CO.UK

Circet will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
