LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BLACK BULL LANE, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (MANDATORY WITH FLOW CYCLE LANE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 64, 65 and 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and Parts 7 and 9 of Schedule 9 of the Traffic Signs and Regulations and General Directions 2016, Lancashire County Council propose to introduce a mandatory with flow cycle lane in Black Bull Lane, Preston, the west side, from a point 54 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Conway Drive to a point 121 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Ingle Head, south to north.
A copy of the relevant notice and plan, indicating the proposal may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
