TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (3419)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Edwinstowe in the Newark and Sherwood District:

1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: -

FIFTH AVENUE, EDWINSTOWE (the north-east side)
From a point 10 metres north-west of its junction with  Fourth Avenue (North Road) in a south-easterly direction to a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Fourth Avenue (South Road).

The proposals are designed to prevent parking along a section of Fifth Avenue which reduces traffic movements around the junctions.
