(East Grinstead: De La Warr Road Amendment) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC has recently made a permanent Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to enact a recently installed parking restriction prohibiting waiting at any time on both sides of De La Warr Road in East Grinstead from a point 25m east of its junction with Church Lane, westwards for appx 95m.

A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 8 December 2025, together with plans showing the affected lengths of road may be viewed on the West Sussex County Council website. People without access to a computer who wish to view details of the scheme should telephone the West Sussex County Council Contact Centre on 01243 642105 to receive the documents by post.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within

6 weeks from 4 December 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
