What is happening?

THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (DRAYTON, KYBIRD CLOSE, SIDNEY BUNN WAY) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) ORDER 2025

The Norfolk County Council has made the aforementioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 24th November 2025, and which comes into effect on 1st December 2025.

The Norfolk County Council (Drayton, Kybird Close, Sidney Bunn Way) (20 mph Speed Limit Zone) Order 2025

The effect of this Order is to:

  1. De-restrict the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule below.

  2. Introduce a 20mph Speed Limit Zone and thereby prohibit any motor vehicle from exceeding 20 miles per hour along the lengths of road specified below.

. Copies are also available for inspection at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich, NR1 2DH and at the offices of Broadland District Council, Horizon Business Centre, Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich, NR7 0WF, during normal office hours. Online viewing is recommended.

5P318 Kybird CloseFrom its junction with the 5P317 Sidney Bunn Way north westwards and northwards for its entire length including the turning heads, a total distance of 84 metres
5P317 Sidney Bunn WayFrom its junction with the A1067 Drayton High Road south westwards and westwards for its entire length, a total distance of 278 metres
