Public Bridleway WL7/9, Dunster - Temporary restrictions due to unsafe bridge

What is happening?

NOTICE OF INTENT ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 22BB (AS AMENDED) EXMOOR NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY WL7/9, PARISH OF DUNSTER TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that EXMOOR NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY intends to make an Order under Section 22BB of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The Order is being made because of the likelihood of danger to the public using Public Bridleway WL7/9, due to an unsafe bridge.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit WALKERS AND CYCLISTS ONLY from using part of Public Bridleway WL7/9 between SS 9776 4303 and SS 9760 4319, that is more particularly described in the order and shown on the plan attached to it.
The Order will come into force on 19th December 2025 and will remain in force for six months.
