What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 023) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council has made the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is to introduce/extend parking restrictions (double yellow lines) on Warren Wood Drive, High Wycombe, near the junction with Lime Avenue and Keep Hill Road, for a 75-millimetre high raised table crossing.

Road Name (And Extents) What is being proposed
Warren Wood Drive, High Wycombe (near the junction with Lime Avenue and Keep Hill Road) Extend existing Double Yellow Lines in a westerly direction by 14.3 metres.

This Order will come into effect on Monday 1st December 2025. If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that this is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from Monday 1st December 2025, by applying to the High Court.
