What is happening?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
(A161 between Epworth and Haxey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

On 28th May 2025, North Lincolnshire Council made an Order, the effect of which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding along the A161 between Epworth and Haxey. This Order took effect on 1st June 2025 and will be effective until 30th Nov 2026. Under this same Order, it is now proposed to undertake further works (renew leaking communication pipe) necessitating the closure of this section of the A161 from 8am 21st Dec-6am 22nd Dec 2025 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances). The diversion A161, B1403, A631, A638, A614, A18, A161 and reverse.
