BRIDLEWAY 4 CREATION ORDER 2025
PARISH OF CHETWYND AND WOODCOTE)
The above Order, made on 20 November 2025, under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 and 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by creating a bridleway from (GRSJ 78099 16630) at the junction with adopted Highway the route being an surfaced path having a width of 2.5 metres continues north-west for a distance of 770 metres to the junction with Footpath 3 at (GRSJ 77580 17173) then continues south-west for a distance of 45 metres to (GRSJ 77531 17151).
BRIDLEWAY 2 (PART) DIVERSION ORDER 2025
PARISH OF CHETWYND ASTON & WOODCOTE)
The above Order, made on 20 November 2025, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by diverting the bridleway from (GRSJ 77141 16842) the route being an undefined path having a width of 2 metre continues in a general north north west for a distance of 371 metres to (GRSJ 76922 17151) and adding a bridleway from (GRSJ 76922 17151) the route being a grassed path having a width of 2 metres continues in a north east direction for a distance of 344 metres to (GR SJ 77189 17375) then continues in a south east direction for 407 metres to (GR SJ 77531 17151).
FOOTPATH 3 (PART) EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER 2025 (PARISH OF CHETWYND ASTON & WOODCOTE)
The above Order, made on 20 November 2025, under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 and 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by deleting the footpath from (GRSJ 77144 16832) at the junction with adopted Highway the route being an surfaced path having a width of 1.5 metres continues north-east for a distance of 491 metres to (GR SJ 77510 17150).
Any representations about or objections to the Order must be sent in writing to the Director: Policy and Governance, Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Legal Services, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA or via email to
not later than 23rd January 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
