(VARIOUS ROADS)
(DISABLED PLACES AND AMENDMENTS) ORDER 2025
Portsmouth City Council hereby gives Notice that on the 1 December 2025 it made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into effect on 8 December 2025.
A) TO INTRODUCE DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING BAYS (MINIMUM 5-METRE LENGTH) IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
Only vehicles displaying a Blue Badge or relevant permit issued by the Council may park at the above locations.

Alternatively, they can be viewed at the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, PO1 2AL, Monday to Friday between 9am - 4pm. Printed copies can be obtained by calling 023 9260 6480.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date of the Order, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
