What is happening?

THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL

(TRAFFIC REGULATION: RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING,

LOADING AND UNLOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING

PLACES) (VARIATION NO. _) ORDER 202_ - TRO/25/15

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: (1) introduce disabled persons parking places on: Allan Pk Cres, Arboretum Rd x2, Argyle Cres, Balcarres St, Bonnybridge Dr, Boswall Cres, Brand Gdns x2, Broomhouse Row, Broomhouse Pk, Bughtlin Grn, Calder Vw x2, Dudley Ave, Dudley Ter, Granton Cres x2, Easter Drylaw Ave x2, Jessfield Ter, Kirklands Pk St, Lady Nairne Cres x5, Lochend Dr, Morvenside Cl x2, Oxgangs Farm Dr, Oxgangs Ter, Paisley Dr, Rannoch Gro, Redhall Dr, Salvesen Gdns x3, Saughton Gdns x2, & Saughton Mains Pk; (2) amend permit holders parking places and introduce disabled persons parking places on: Almondbank Ter x2, Balcarres St, Cornwall St, East Preston St, Lyne St, Montgomery St x2, Moray Pl x2, & Shandon Cres; & (3) Extend disabled persons parking places on: Oxgangs Farm Ave & Easter Drylaw Ave. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online at consultation.appyway.com/ edinburgh-city, from 28/11/25 to 19/12/25 by following the link to “Proposals in consultation” under reference TRO/25/15 or at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Documents can also be viewed at Waverley Court Reception, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above, or state their reasons in writing quoting reference TRO/25/15 to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 19/12/25. Objections should state the name and address of the objector. If you are responding to this consultation and your comments or objection relate to any specific location/s or element/s of the proposal, it would be helpful if you could identify them in your submission.
