What is happening?

SECTION 90A HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Barnet in exercise of powers conferred by section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 proposes to introduce speed humps as follows:

A copy of the notice and associated plan can be obtained, inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing Highwayscorrespondence@Barnet.gov.uk or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW.
Any person wishing to comment on the proposed measures should send a written statement explaining their objection/comments, and quoting reference number SCR685 (RSW005_Cool Oak Lane NW9)
to the Design Team, London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale NW9 4EW, via the Barnet TraffWeb website or via email to Highwayscorrespondence@Barnet.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
