PROVISION OF SPEED HUMPS – THE DELL, WOODFORD GREEN

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to control the speed of vehicles under the Highways Act 1980 and in accordance with the provisions of the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge proposes to construct a flat-top raised entry treatment in The Dell, at its junction with High Road, Woodford Green.

  2. The raised entry treatment would be of flat top design, approximately 75 millimetres at its highest point with an overall length of 10.0 metres. The raised entry treatment would be constructed in accordance with Department for Transport regulations.

  3. A copy of the plan showing the location of the raised entry treatment may be inspected between 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays at the Information Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford Essex IG1 1NY.

  4. Any person wishing to object or make representation to the proposals should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representation and the grounds thereof to the Head of Highways and Transportation Strategy, Lynton House, 2nd Floor Front, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NY quoting reference CP/TE/SA-YA/25-WGENR by no later than 18th December 2025.
