HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C2118 Capel Isaac, o fan sydd 293 metr i'r de-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd â'r C2154 am bellter o 440 metr i gyfeiriad y de hyd at y gyffordd â'r U4002 a'r U4002 Capel Isaac o'r gyffordd â'r C2118 am bellter o 150 metr i gyfeiriad y gorllewin.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua'r de fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin ar hyd yr C2118 hyd at y gyffordd â'r C2154. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r dde i'r C2154 a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain hyd at y gyffordd â'r C2177. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r dde i'r C2177 a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de ac wedyn y de-orllewin hyd at y gyffordd â'r C2118. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r dde i'r C2118 a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin hyd at y gyffordd â'r U4006. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r chwith i'r U4006 a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gorllewin hyd at y gyffordd â'r C2145. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r dde i'r C2145 a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i'r de o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau.

I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i waith gael ei wneud ar ran Dŵr Cymru i adnewyddu prif bibell ddŵr. Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Mawrth 6 Ionawr 2026 tan ddydd Llun 16 Chwefror 2026.

Lle bo hynny'n briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at ddeunaw mis.

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd Sgwâr y Farchnad, Llanymddyfri, o'r gyffordd â Stryd Lydan hyd at y gyffordd â Stryd Cerrig, am bellter o 165 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua'r gogledd-ddwyrain fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain ar hyd cefnffordd yr A40 hyd at y gyffordd â Stryd Cerrig. Troi i'r chwith wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i waith gael ei wneud ar ran Wales & West Utilities i osod prif bibell nwy newydd.

Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Llun 5 Ionawr 2025 tan ddydd Sadwrn 24 Ionawr 2025.

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd Golwg Llandingad, Llanymddyfri, o'r gyffordd â'r A40 Ffordd y Frenhines, am bellter o 137 metr i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua'r de-orllewin o fan sydd i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau fydd parhau i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain ar hyd yr A40 Ffordd y Frenhines, hyd at y gyffordd â'r A4069 Stryd Lydan. Troi i'r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin ar hyd yr A4069 Stryd Lydan, hyd at y gyffordd â Banc yr Eglwys. Troi i'r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin ar hyd Banc yr Eglwys, hyd at y gyffordd â Golwg Llandingad. Troi i'r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd ar hyd Golwg Llandingad i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i'r de-orllewin o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau. I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd-ddwyrain.

The County of Carmarthenshire
(C2118 & U4002, Capel Isaac, Llandeilo)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2118 Capel Isaac from a point 293 metres Southeast of its junction with the C2154 for a distance of 440 metres in a Southerly direction to its junction with the U4002 and the U4002 Capel Isaac from its junction with the C2118 for a distance of 150 metres in a Westerly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for Southbound traffic will be to proceed along the C2118 in a North Westerly direction to its junction with the C2154.

At the junction, turn right onto the C2154 and continue in a North Easterly direction to its junction with the C2177. At the junction, turn right onto the C2177 and continue in a Southerly then South Westerly direction to its junction with the C2118. At the junction, turn right onto the C2118 and continue in a North Westerly direction to its junction with the U4006. At the junction, turn left onto the U4006 and continue in a Westerly direction to its junction with the C2145. At the junction, turn right onto the C2145 and continue in a Northerly direction to return to a point South of the closure.

Vice versa for Northbound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are undertaken on behalf of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water to carry out water mains renewal works.

It is intended that the works commence on Tuesday 6th January 2026 until Monday 16th February 2026.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Market Square, Llandovery)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Market Square, Llandovery, from its junction with Broad Street to its junction with Stone Street, for a distance of 165 metres in a North-Easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for North-Eastbound traffic will be to proceed in a North-Easterly direction along the TR A40 to its junction with Stone Street. At the junction turn left and proceed in a North-Westerly direction to return to a point North-East of the closure.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of Wales & West Utilities to replace gas mains.

It is intended that the works commence on from Monday 5th January 2025 until Saturday 24th January 2025.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Dingat View, Llandovery)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Dingat View, Llandovery, from its junction with the A40 Queensway, for a distance of 137 metres in a south-westerly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for south-west bound traffic from a point north-east of the closure, will be to proceed in a south-easterly direction along the A40 Queensway, to its junction with the A4069 Broad Street. At the junction, turn right and continue in a south-westerly direction along the A40609 Broad Street, to its junction with Church Bank. At the junction, turn right and continue in a north-westerly direction along Church Bank, to its junction with Dingat View. At the junction, turn right and continue in a northerly direction along Dingat View to return to a point south-west of the closure.

Vice versa for north-east bound traffic

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on on behalf of Dwr Cymru Cyf to conduct water mains renewal work.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 15th December 2025 for one month until Thursday 15th January 2026. Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
