NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make the following Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The works will be completed within the period of the Orders.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders are being enforced for public safety.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by the Leicestershire County Council on 19/06/2025 and which came into effect on 30/06/2025 will be continued in force until 30/12/2026, or until the works have been completed.

The effect of the Order is to continue to allow for the closure of that length of footpath as specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice, for public safety to allow for the continued build of the Taylor Wimpy Development.
