The County of Cornwall (Par Moor Road, Par) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Par.

This prohibition is necessary for bridge inspection on behalf of Network Rail and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th December 2025 to 17th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2230 and 0600, weekdays only.

Road affected - Par Moor Road, Par from junction with Harbour Road travelling south westwards for approximately 50 metres.

The County of Cornwall (Strand Street, Padstow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow.

This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th December 2025 to 19th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Strand Street, Padstow from junction with New Street to No 5.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Par.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th December 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Penellick To Menabilly, Par from junction with Lane From Penellick Cottage To Polkerris for approximately 300 metres south.

The County of Cornwall (Halgavor Road, St Marys Road, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin.

This prohibition is necessary for works to inspect and de-veg railway bridge and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th December 2025 to 16th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Halgavor Road between No 21 a and No 23, St Marys Road between No 165 and No 1 Blowinghouse Lane, Bodmin.

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 12th June 2025 continuing to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Roche Road, Route Of New A391 From Stenalees Roundabout To Trezaise, Higher Trezaise, Trezaise Road, Fore Street, Victoria Road, Edgcumbe Road, Stenalees from Tregoss Roundabout to Singlerose Roundabout for approximately 5675 Metres.

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction if necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the workforce during works to finish St Austell to A30 Link Road.

The Order which commenced on the 13th June 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 12th December 2025.

The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 11th September 2025 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road From Junction North East Of North Kerrow Chapel Hill, Bodmin between Higher Metherin and Access To Carbaglet House.

The Order which commenced on the 12th September 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 22nd December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed due to damaged cattle grid.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Tintagel.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th December 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Tregatta To Trelake Lane, Tintagel between the junctions Access to Valley View and Trelake Lane.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st December 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length( of road in Tintagel.

This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th December 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Trebarwith Strand To Trewarmett Hill. Tintagel between property known as Glen Cottage and grid reference SX 05717 86396.
