RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r Llwybr Cyswllt o 4 Llwyn Hudol i 29 Llys Bedwyr, Maesgeirchen, Bangor o bwynt ger ei gyffordd gyda Plas y Gerddi gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol hyd at bwynt ger Rhif 35 Llys y Bedwyr, Maesgeirchen, Bangor.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith amnewid pibell nwy.

Y ffordd arall yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad de ddwyreiniol ar Llys Bedwyr yna troi i’r dde yn y gyffordd gyda Ffordd Tan y Bryn. Teithio ar y ffordd hon mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol. Yn y gyffordd gyda Llwyn Hudol, troi i’r dde i deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogleddol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer pobl sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 5ed o Ionawr 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 20 diwrnod.

THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(LINK PATH FROM 4 LLWYN HUDOL TO 29 LLYS BEDWYR, MAESGEIRCHEN, BANGOR) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from proceeding in either direction along that length of Link Path from 4 Llwyn Hudol to 29 Llys Bedwyr, Maesgeirchen, Bangor from a point by its junction with Plas y Gerddi travelling north westerly up to a point by No.35 Llys Bedwyr, Maesgeirchen, Bangor.

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during works to replace a gas pipe.

The alternative route is to travel south easterly on Llys Bedwyr then turn right at the junction with Ffordd Tan y Bryn. Travel on this road in a north westerly direction. At the junction with Llwyn Hudol, turn right to travel in a northerly direction up to the closure and vice versa for people travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.

The Order comes into effect on the 5th of January, 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 20 days.
