PROPOSED PARKING CHANGES DRAYTON GREEN & MANOR ROAD, West Ealing. The Ealing (Parking Places) (Telephone Parking) (Drayton Green Zone NN) (No. 1, 2013) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*.

PROPOSED SCHOOLS STREETS - Twyford Church of England High School: Twyford Crescent. The Ealing (Prescribed Routes) (Pedestrian & Cycle Zone) (Twyford Church of England High School) (No. 1) Order 202*.

1. NOTICE IS GIVEN The London Borough of Ealing that they have proposed the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the proposed Order would be to: -

(a) on lengths of Drayton Green & Manor Road impose or upgrade to double yellow lines (junction protection); (b) on Manor Road (west of its junction with Drayton Green) to relocate an existing shared use parking place slightly westward to facilitate the proposed double yellow lines; (c) provide a pedestrian and cycle zone, where motor vehicles are prohibited from entering onto Twyford Crescent (Twyford Avenue to Uxbridge Road), on Mondays to Fridays 7.45-8.45am & 2.45-4.00pm during term time only. Access permit address eligibility for the school area as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice. Exemptions would be provided for emergency services vehicles and permit holders. [Note: Foot cycles, scooters, e-scooters are not subject to the Order. Residents and other professionals who live or work in the sections of road referred to above would be able to apply for an access permit.] "Term time" means that portion of a year other than school vacations, which would be listed the London Borough of Ealing's website. Footnote: paragraph 2(c) of this notice supersedes the statutory consultation that commenced on 29 October 2025 under project reference 'P076-25'.

4. FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council, intends to install a raised table on Manor Road opposite its junctions with the footpath (between Felix Road and Manor Road). The raised table, with a maximum plateau length of 5.0m, a maximum height of 100 mm and a maximum ramp gradient of 1 in 15.

The intention and proposal, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing. gov.uk' or by inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made, or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

6. Any objections or other representations about either of the intended crossings, or the proposed Orders should be sent in writing by e-mail to 'trafficnotices@ealing. gov.uk' or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P071A-25 (all other proposals) or P071B-25 (school street proposal - only) until the 7 January 2026.

All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
