(DEANSHANGER ROAD, OLD STRATFORD, NORTHAMPTON)

(30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections, 82, 83, 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, proposes to make an Order to introduce a 30 miles per hour speed limit on the length of road described in the Schedule to this Notice.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on the section of road listed below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the exact lengths of road to which it relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing the Order, may be:
