Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation) Order 2010)

(Bognor Road Amendment) Order 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, WSCC, propose to make a permanent Order the effect of which will be to extend the length of prohibition of waiting at any time (double yellow lines) on the south side of Bognor Road south-east of the junction with York Road by 18.5m.

Full details of the proposals in this Notice can be viewed on our website www.westsussex.gov.uk/tro. The website includes a response form for comments or objections.

Paper copies of documents will not be available to view in council offices or libraries. People without access to a computer who wish to view details of the scheme should telephone the WSCC Contact Centre on 01243 642105 to receive the documents by post.

(Butts Meadow Amendment) Order 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, WSCC, propose to make a permanent Order the effect of which will be to:-

(i)  introduce lengths of prohibition of waiting at any time

(double yellow lines) in and around the junction of Butts Meadow and Butts Meadow Access Road; and

(ii) extend the lengths of double yellow lines on Durbans Road north and south of its junction with Kirdford Road.

(Bersted: Lethaby Road Amendment) Order 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC proposes to make a permanent Traffic regulation Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time (introduce double yellow lines) on both sides of Lethaby Road in Bersted From its junction with Crimsham Road southwards for 75m.

Full details of the proposals in this notice can be viewed on the Traffic Regulation Order page of the WSCC website. The website includes a response form for any comments or objections. People without access to a computer who wish to view details of the scheme should telephone the WSCC Contact Centre on 01243 642105 to receive the documents by post.
