25/41359/FUL-Former Maltings 2 Crown Street Stone - Proposed urgent structural works to Dangerous Structure 25/00180/DANSTR comprising partial demolition/renewal to stabilise west flank wall, with associated repairs and alterations (in conjunction with 25/41360/LBC).

The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 24 December 2025.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 24 December 2025.
