CYNGOR BWRDEISTREF SIROL CASTELL-NEDD PORT TALBOT
(EARLSWOOD DRIVE AND PRETTYMAN DRIVE, LLANDARCY)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME) AND (PRIORITY IN ONE DIRECTION) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is given that the Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 18 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act of 1984") and of all other powers them enabling and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984, the effect of which is as set out in the Schedule below.

A copy of the draft Order, plan and statement of reasons can be inspected on the Council's Internet Website https://www.npt.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders-tros

Any objections should be submitted in writing, setting out the reasons thereof, to reach the Head of Engineering and Transport, The Quays, Baglan Energy Park SA11 2GG by 24 th December 2025.

SCHEDULES
Schedule 1 - Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time

1.1 Earlswood Drive, Llandarcy (North Side)
From a point approximately 70 metres west of its junction with the north western kerbline of Access Road to Llandarcy Village for a distance of approximately 25 metres in a north westerly direction.

1.2 Earlswood Drive, Llandarcy (South Side)
From its junction with the northern kerbline of Prettyman Drive for a distance of approximately 15 metres in a north westerly direction.

1.3 Prettyman Drive, Llandarcy (North West Side)
From its junction with the western kerbline of Earlswood Drive for a distance of approximately 5 metres in a south westerly direction.

Schedule 2 - Proposed Priority in One Direction Order
2.1 Earlswood Drive, Llandarcy
At a point approximately 45 metres north west of its junction with Prettyman Drive, for traffic travelling in a generally south easterly direction will have priority.
