Department for Infrastructure - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure
in its capacity as Road Authority and acting in pursuance of its
powers under Article 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation
(Northern Ireland) Order 1997 has temporarily prohibited the
use of the above named road to through traffic, from the
junction of B78 Markethill Road to the junction of A25 Newry
Street from 08:00 on Monday 08 December 2025 until 18:00
on Sunday 06 December 2026.
Local access and access for emergency vehicles will be
maintained at all times.
This closure is to facilitate work by R Heatrick Ltd.
An alternative route will be signed with traffic being diverted
via:
B0078 Markethill Road, B0078 Cladymilltown Road, B0134
Mowhan Road, B0134 Tullyah Road.
