What is happening?

Robin Hood Road (D7306) Knaphill
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
On 03 December 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Robin Hood Road (D7306) Knaphill as extends from its junction with (C12) Anchor Hill to its junction with (X95327) Ryde Heron. Alternative Route: Robin Hood Road, Barnby Road, and Anchor Hill, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate telecom pole replacement works for, or on behalf of Circet UK. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 2 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 15 December 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via the banksmen on site, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.

Chobham Road (C11) Knaphill
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Chobham Road (C11) Knaphill as extends from its junction with (C12) Limecroft Road and (C12) High Street to its junction with (D3604) Ivydene. Alternative Route: Limecroft Road, (A322) Guildford Road, (A322) Bagshot Road, and Chobham Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to relay service pipe works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 21 January 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times via road plates. All other traffic, including the emergency services will be required to use the signed diversion route.
