(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET PARKING PLACES)
(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2020 (AMENDMENT NO. 9) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35 to 39 and 45 to 55 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to amend “The Northamptonshire County Council (Kettering District) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2020” as specified in the Schedule below.
A COPY of the Order may be inspected at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northants, NN6 9BX at a time and date specified by appointment only by calling 01604 529700. A copy of the Order can also be obtained on request by emailing NNCParkingenquiries@ kier.co.uk
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose. The Order will become effective on 1st December 2025.

SCHEDULE
NO WAITING AT ANYTIME RESTRICTIONS (DOUBLE YELLOW LINES)
High Street, Rothwell – East side, extending from the boundary line of property no 20 to the bus stop in a southerly direction.
Park Road, Kettering – West side from Hallwood Road existing restrictions around the bend towards Park Road to be in line with the opposite the boundary with no 84 Park Road .Spencer Street,
Burton Latimer – Surrounding the turning head on all sides from the boundary with property no 68 to 69 in an easterly direction.
Churchill Way, Kettering – Both sides of the whole junctions at Anderson Drive, Horrock’s Way, Templar Road, French Drive and Lomond Drive. Grosvenor Way, Barton Seagrave – Whole junction with Grosvenor Road, Barton Seagrave.
‘DISABLED ONLY 3 HOURS NO RETURN WITHIN 1 HOUR BAY’
Regent Street, Kettering – North side, 2 bays proposed outside of Salvation Army Citadel from the existing restrictions from the junction with Rockingham Road.
‘5T WEIGHT LIMIT’ ON-STREET PARKING BAYS
Telford Way and Henson Way, Kettering – Entirety of the industrial estate including all junctions off of these with the exception of restrictions already in place.
A427 Brampton Ash – To use the full extent of the existing hardstanding area as the parking bay.
RESTRICTED PARKING ZONE ‘AT ANY TIME’
Squires Hill, Rothwell – Entirety of the road from the junction with the High Street to the turning head outside the Church.
