Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which came into force on 21st November 2025
The effect of the order will be to introduce a restriction of waiting and limited waiting bays on Old High Street, Winsford. The restrictions are set out in the schedule below.
Schedule 1 – Restriction Of Waiting, Mon - Sat 8am to 6pm
Old High Street, north side – from a point 44 metres west of Siddorn Street to a point 30 metres west of Siddorn Street.
Old High Street, north side – from a point 20 metres west of Siddorn Street to a point 10 metres east of Siddorn Street.
Old High Street, north side – from a point 20 metres east of Siddorn Street to a point 57 metres east of Siddorn Street.
Schedule 2 – Limited Waiting,
Mon - Sat 8am To 6pm. 30 Minutes No Return Within 1 Hour
Old High Street, north side – from a point 30 metres west of Siddorn Street to a point 20 metres west of Siddorn Street.
Old High Street, north side – from a point 10 metres east of Siddorn Street to a point 20 metres east of Siddorn Street.
Old High Street, north side – from a point 54 metres west of Siddorn Street to a point 44 metres west of Siddorn Street.
Schedule 3 – Revocation Of Restriction Of Waiting, Mon - Sat 8am To 6pm
Old High Street, north side – from a point 44 metres west of Siddorn Street to a point 57 metres west of Siddorn Street.
If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
