2. (OXFORD AREA – VARIOUS STREETS) (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (VARIATION NO.13) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is given that on 24 November 2025 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The orders, which come into force on 1 December amend restrictions in South Parade Oxford to help facilitate the introduction of convenient and direct routes for cyclists, and consist of the following measures:

  • replace all existing lengths of Single Yellow Line restrictions (‘No Waiting 8am-4pm Monday to Saturday’) on the northern side of the carriageway with new ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ (double yellow lines) prohibition.

If you wish to question the validity of either Order or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 24 November 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
