PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(Link Footpath F40874 St Marks Close to Charity Crescent, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F40874 St Marks Cl (Btw No’s 40–67) to Charity Cres from its junction with U44659 St. Marks Cl to its junction with U44656 Charity Cres. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U44656 Charity Cres, U44659 St Marks Cl and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days (24hrs). Commencing: 1 December 2025.
