(U54005 Farley Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U54005 Farley St from its junction with U54001 Comer Gardens to its junction with U54007 Hawkwood Cres.

Reason: Street lighting by Prysmian Cables and Systems (Street Lighting).

No access for emergency services. Must follow diversion route. Alternative route: U54001 Comer Gardens, U54007 Tearne St,

U54007 Hawkwood Cres.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 18 December 2025.

(U51200 Tolladine Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U51200 Tolladine Rd from its junction with B4637 Tolladine Rd to its junction with U51220 Borrowdale Dr.

Reason: Utility work by National Grid. Alternative route: Diversion 1 - B4637 Middle Hollow Dr, B4638 Woodgreen Dr, B4639 Cotswold Way, B4550 Blackpole Rd, U51200 Windermere Dr, U51200 Tolladine Rd (part) and vice versa. Diversion 2 - U51200 Tolladine Rd (part), U51200 Windermere Dr, U51214 Langdale Dr, U51229 Ambleside Dr and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 2 December 2025.

(U52114 Blake Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U52114 Blake St from its junction with U52113 Foxwell St to its junction with U52115 Marlborough St. Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: U52115 Marlborough St, U52111 Cannon St, U52113 Foxwell St and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 27 November 2025.

Order made: To close that part of U62202 Stoney Ley from its junction with A44 Broadwas to its junction with C2235 Munns Green.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach. Alternative route: A44 Broadwas, A44 Doddenham, C2235 Doddenham, C2235 Munns Green, U62202 Stoney Ley (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 27 November 2025.

(U52303 Orchard Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U52303 Orchard St from its junction with U52300 Waverley St to its junction with U52305 Cavendish St.

Reason: Installation of traffic hump by WCC. Alternative route: U52303 Orchard St (part), U52305 Cavendish St, U52306 Berwick St, U52300 Waverley St and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days (24hrs). Commencing: 1 December 2025.

(U50112 Chestnut Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) and Worcestershire County Council (Chestnut Street, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2000 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U50112 Chestnut St from its junction with C2294 Chestnut Walk to its junction with U50106 Little Chestnut St and to temporarily suspend the Worcestershire County Council (Chestnut Street, Worcester) (One-way Traffic) Order 2000 to enable access for residents and businesses for the duration of the work.

Reason: Safe working to disconnect electric supply to barrier to carpark by National Grid.

Order made: To close that part of U62028 Sparrowhall Ln from its junction with The Vineyard (NSG Ref 24412073) to its junction with U62028 Colletts Green Rd. Reason: Replacement Gas Main by Cadent Gas.

Alternative route: U62028 Colletts Green Rd, C2027 Colletts Green Rd, U62022 Old Malvern Rd, A449 Malvern Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 1 December 2025.

(U60408 Baughton, Earls Croome) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U60408 Baughton from its junction with A4104 Baughton for a distance of 172 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Drainage/flood alleviation work by WCC. Alternative route: U60407 Baughton, A4104 Baughton and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 1 December 2025.

(C2075 Hindlip Lane, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2075 Hindlip Ln from its junction with A38 Droitwich Rd to its junction with Spring Bank (NSG Ref 45000977).

Reason: Tree maintenance by Worcester City Council.

Alternative route: A38 Droitwich Rd, A4536 Hurst Ln, A4536

Blackpole Rd, C2075 Hindlip Ln (part) and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 1 December 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpaths BH-575, BH-577 & BH-586 Broadheath) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close Footpaths BH-575, BH-577 & BH-586

Broadheath from Oldbury Road OSGR 382497, 255413 to the junction with Bridleway 570 & 571 at 382641, 255730 and to the junction with Footpath 609 & 618 at 381422, 255974. The Order has been made due to housing development (construction traffic and groundworks). Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route: is along Bridleway BH-571, U54000 Oldbury

Road, Bridleways BH-593, BH-592, Footpaths BH-582, 611 & 618 and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 7 November 2025.

(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2025 [Limited Waiting (1 hr no return 2 hrs Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm) on Henwick Road, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to impose a limited waiting restriction (1 hr - no return 2 hrs Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm) on the following length and side of road in Worcester: Henwick Road (West side) from a point 36 metres southeast of its junction with Wheeler Close for a distance of 39 metres in a south easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2025 [Disabled Persons' Parking Space on Boughton Street, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking space on the following length and side of road in Worcester: -Boughton Street (south side): from a point of 26 metres from its junction with

Skinner Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
