What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON

THE HILLINGDON (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 1985 (AMENDMENT NO. 12) ORDER 2025

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 28th November 2025 it made the above Order to remove Falling Lane Car Park from the schedule of car parks within The Hillingdon (Off Street Parking Places) Order 1985.

A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 8th December 2025 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published.

A copy of the Order can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk.

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which this Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
