TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC000146043226: The City of Manchester (Brewer Street, Piccadilly Ward) (Temporary No waitingand No Loading) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to restrict parking in all bays on Brewer Street from its junction with Tariff Street to the cul-de-sac end. The City Council issatisfied that this restriction is necessary in order to facilitate essential fire precision and building façade fire safetyworks. It is expected that the works will be in progress from17th December 2025 to 17h June 2026. The order shallcome into operation on 17th December 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. Ifthe restriction ends within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.Steve Robinson. Neighbourhoods Directorate,Town Hall, Manchester. M60 2LA.
