Baildon Close Footpaths - Prohibit All Through Traffic For Installation Of Fibre Works
What is happening?
THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF NORTH TYNESIDE
BAILDON CLOSE FOOTPATHS, WALLSEND
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on the footpath to the rear of 20-22 Baildon Close.
An alternate route is available via the surrounding footpaths.
The proposed temporary Order is required for the installation of fibre works and will come into force on 10 December 2025 lasting until 17 December 2025.
