NOTICE OF MAKING
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(HARPERS LANE, CHORLEY, CHORLEY BOROUGH) (REVOCATION (25-26 NO2B) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 21 November 2025 Lancashire County Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to revoke "The Chorley Borough Council (Bus Stops) (Clearway) Order 1977" insofar as it relates to the bus stop clearway on Harpers Lane, Chorley, both sides, for its entire length.

This Order will come into force on the 05 December 2025. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Chorley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Chorley, PR7 1DP, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, PO Box 100, Preston PR1 0LD, and on Lancashire County Councils Website

quoting ref: LSG4/894. 21212/AFR. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
