(Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Vehicles) Order 2025
Notice Is Given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Priston Lane, Marksbury, Bath from a point adjacent to the property known as Sunnyview. USRN: 47921141.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Bristol Water to install a new water connection on the 17th December 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for Three Days.
Alternative Route: Priston Lane (remainder) – Mollifriend Lane – A39 – Priston Lane – vice versa.

(Temporary Suspension Of One-Way)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Vehicles) Order 2025
Notice Is Given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce:
• A road closure in that length of Pipehouse Lane, Freshford, Bath from its junction with Park Corner extending west to a point outside the property known as Nowshera. USRN: 47902434.
• A suspension of the one-way restriction in that length of Pipehouse Lane, Freshford, Bath to allow two-way traffic. Traffic Marshals will be on site to assist traffic using stop and go.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach to replace a pole on the 15th December 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for One Day between 09:30-15:00hrs.
Alternative Route: Park Corner – Abbey Lane – A36 – Pipehouse Lane – vice versa.

(Temporary Suspension Of The One-Way Restriction) Order 2025
Notice Is Given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce:
• A road closure in that length of The Avenue, Combe Down, Bath from its junction with A3062 North Road extending south to a point outside Combe Down Garage car park entrance. USRN: 47900061.
• A suspension of the one-way in that length of The Avenue, Combe Down, Bath to allow two-way traffic from its junction with The Firs extending north to a point outside Combe Down Garage car park entrance. A marshall will be on site to support vehicles in/out.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Wessex Water to install a new connection in the carriageway/footpath/verge from the 1st December 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for Three Days.

Notice Is Given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Broadmoor Lane, Upper Weston, Bath from a point outside 88 Broadmoor Lane. USRN: 47900360.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Openreach to install duct in the carriageway/footway and clear blockages from the 16th December 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for Three Days between 08:00-17:00hrs.
Alternative Route: Broadmoor Lane (remainder) – Leighton Road – Lansdown Lane – Broadmoor Lane – vice versa.
