The County of Cornwall (EDG1892) (Truro) (Northern Access Road) (On-Street Parking Places and Restrictions on Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th day of November 2025 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 1st day of December 2025 to regulate traffic in Truro. The effect is to introduce and amend speed limits and waiting restrictions along the lengths of road described below. For speed limits, each road is listed under any relevant limits which are proposed along its length.
The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Alternatively, please telephone 01872 327281 or email traffic@cormacltd.co.uk to obtain further information. Please quote reference EDG1892 on all correspondence.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the restrictions on waiting Order or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 25th day of November 2025, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Access to filling station; Fordh Langarth (including all spurs, and links to A390 and Oak Lane); Penventinnie Lane; Road from junction at Bosvisack Cottage to East Langarth; Road from Penventinnie Lane to Tresawls Road Roundabout; Road from the A390 roundabout at Threemilestone to Penventinnie Lane.

Access road to Tehidy House from junction with Fordh Langarth to access into Helipad; Fordh Langarth (including spurs) from west side of junction with north spur located east of junction with Link road to Oak Lane to junction with Road from Penventinnie Lane to Tresawls Road Roundabout.

Access road to Tehidy House from junction with Fordh Langarth to access into Helipad; Access to filling station for its entire length; Fordh Langarth (including all spurs, and links to A390 and Oak Lane) sections along its length; Road from junction at Bosvisack Cottage to East Langarth from junction with Fordh Langarth to point north of junction with east spur, and at junction with east spur; Road from the A390 roundabout at Threemilestone to Penventinnie Lane from junction with Fordh Langarth to point east of former junction with Road from junction at Bosvisack Cottage to East Langarth.
