Hampshire County Council - Multiple Temporary road restrictions

What is happening?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road. 
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads: Grove Road Service Road, Basingstoke and Deane between its junction with Grove Road and its junction with Chesterfield Road Lees Hill, Upton Grey, Basingstoke and Deane between its junction with B3349 and its junction with Weston Road Woodstocks, Farnborough, Rushmoor between its junction with Ship Lane and its termination  Merryfield Farm Track, Bransgore, New Forest between its junction with Derritt Lane and its termination  Northfield Road, Ringwood, New Forest between its junction with Old Salisbury Road and its junction with In Highfield Drive Brick Lane, Bransgore, New Forest between its junction with Valley Lane and its junction with School Road Upper Wyke Lane, St Mary Bourne, Basingstoke and Deane between its junction with Upper Wyke Cottages and its junction with approximately 200m away adjacent to metal gate leading to field  
The Green, Whitchurch, Basingstoke and Deane between its junction with Pound Meadow and its termination  Cheswell Gardens (spur), Fleet, Hart between its junction with Beechwood Close/ Cheswell Gardens and its termination  Home Farm Close, Rushmoor between its junction with Shup Lane and its termination  Maunsell Way, Hedge End, Eastleigh between its junction with Locke Road and its junction with Drummond Road Chapel Lane, Burley, New Forest between its junction with The Cross and its junction with Forest Road Dines Close, Andover, Test Valley between its junction with Ibthorpe Road and its termination  Beechlands Road, Medstead, East Hampshire between its junction with Five Ash Road and its termination  Pikes Hill, Minstead, New Forest between its junction with Blackwater and its junction with Broughton Road Grosvenor Road, Alton, East Hampshire between its junction with Gravel Lane and its junction with Upper Soldridge Road  Norman Court Lane, Upper Clatford, Test Valley District between its junction with a point approximately 220m south of Watery Lane and its junction with a point approximately 250m south thereof  Lovedon Lane, King Worthy, Winchester between its junction with Basingstoke Road and its junction with Springvale Road Brockhampton Lane, Havant between its junction with a point adjacent to no.39 and its termination 
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES:  Grove Road, Chesterfield Road Gaston Lane, Ford Lane, Gypsy Lane, Bidden Road N/A N/A Old Salisbury Road, Salisbury Road, Mansfield Road, Southampton Road, Broadshard Lane, Northfield Road School Road, Forest Road, Valley Lane Upper Wyke Lane, Egbury Castle Lane, Stoke Road, Stoke Lane, Stoke Hill N/A N/A N/A Maunsell Way, Tollbar Way, Botley Road, Charles Watts Way, Grange Road, Locke Road Ringwood Road, Forest Road N/A N/A Blackwater, Romsey Road, Broughton Road Upper Soldridge Road, Stancombe Broad Lane, Rookwood Lane, Winchester Road, A31 Soke Hill, Lymington Bottom Road, Soldridge Road Norman Court Lane, Winchester Road, Wellesley Road, Barlows Lane Basingstoke Road, London Road, Bedfield Road, Springvale Road N/A DURATION OF ORDER: from 15th December 2025 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.)  Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
