HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (‘y Ddeddf’) a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 i’r Ddeddf fel yl diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Parcio 1989, Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 (‘Deddf 2004’) al holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar 61 ymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol a Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i’r Ddeddf, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd a’r effaith o ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) 2019 drwy wneud y canlynol:

Yn Ile Erthygl 17(iii)(b) sy’n ymwneud as Thrwyddedau Parcio ac sy’n nodi’Rhaid i’r ymgeisydd dalu’r ffi ofynnol o £15 fesul trwydded y flwyddyn ar adeg y cais, rhodder’Rhaid i’r ymgeisydd dalu’r ffi ofynnol fesul trwydded y flwyddyn ar adeg y cais. Bydd y ffi berthnasol yn cael ei gosod gan y Cyngor:

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 01/12/2025. Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn fel yi gwnaed a datganiad o resymau’r awdurdod traffig dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn www.caerffili.gov.uk/GorchmynionRheoleiddioTraffig a gellir hefyd eu harchwilio yn rhad ac am ddim drwy apwyntiad yng Nghyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, 19 Penallta, Parc Tredomen, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7PG, rhwng 09:00 a 17:00 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (ac eithrio gwyliau banc a gwyliau cyhoeddus), rhwng 01/12/2025 a 13/01/2025, gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod SCF/5012610.

Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un neu ragor o’r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ar y sail na chydymffurfir ag unrhyw un neu ragor o ofynion y Ddeddf honno a wnaed o dani mewn perthynas a’r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny i’r Llys o fewn chwe wythnos i’r dyddiad isod.

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND ON STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2019 (AMENDMENT ORDER NO 42) 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act as amended by the Parking Act 1989, the Traffic Management Act 2004 (“the 2004 Act”) and of all other enabling powers, and after consulting the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, have made an Order the effect of which is to amend the (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 by:

The replacement of Article 17(iii)(b) which relates to Parking Permits and states that’ The required fee of f 15 per permit per annum must be paid by the applicant at the time of application: with ‘The required fee per permit per annum must be paid by the applicant at the time of application. The applicable fee will be set by The Council:

The Order shall come into operation on 01/12/2025. A copy of the Order as made and a statement of the traffic authority’s reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationsOrders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 01/12/2025 to 13/01/2026 quoting reference SCF/5012610.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the grounds that any requirement of that Act made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the Court for this purpose.
