CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

BROWN BANK LANE, SILSDEN

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication works to be executed on or near Brown Bank Lane, Silsden has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Brown Bank Lane from its junction with Bolton Road to its junction with the Raikes House Farm.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Brown Bank Lane (unaffected section), Turner Lane, Silsden Road, Bolton Road and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation effect at 08:00 hours on the 1st December 2025 and remain in force until 17:00 hours on the 5th December 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
