BRIARWOOD DRIVE, BRADFORD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Briarwood Drive, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Briarwood Drive from a point outside No. 10 Briarwood Drive to a point outside No. 28 Briarwood Drive.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Briarwood Drive (unaffected section), Briarwood Avenue, Brownyroyd Hill, St Enochs Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 8th of December 2025 and remain in force until 20:00 hours on the 12th of December 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
