Bradford Avenue - Temporary Restriction Of Traffic Order

What is happening?

THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF NORTH TYNESIDE
BRADFORD AVENUE, WALLSEND TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2025

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on the footpath outside of numbers 43-49 Bradford Avenue.

An alternate route is available via the adjacent footpaths around Bradford Avenue.

The temporary Order is required to install poly ducting within the footpath and will come into force on 8 December 2025 for a period not exceeding 9 days.
