Haller Street - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic To Maintenance And Upgrading Works

What is happening?

THE KINGSTON UPON HULL CITY COUNCIL
HALLER STREET (PART)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingston upon Hull City Council by virtue of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an Order.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit any person with a vehicle from proceeding along Haller Street, between Southcoates Lane and Lee Smith Street, Kingston upon Hull.

The purpose of the Order is to ensure the safety of the public and operatives during maintenance and upgrading works to the telecoms mast.

The alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

Access will be maintained for emergency services.

The Order will come into effect 16th December 2025 and may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated, however, that the works will be completed between 8pm on 16th December 2025 until 6am on 17th December 2025.
