What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION (14.1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

RIDGEMOUNT GARDENS EN2 - 4672

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Highway works

Operational Date and times:

“At any time” on 1st December 2025 for 7 months or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order would be

to suspend parking on both sides of the road from its junction with Canford Close for approximately 95 metres south, to outside No. 9.

DERWENT AVENUE N18 - 4673

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility works

Operational Date and times:

“At any time” on 8th December 2025 for 6 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order would be

to suspend parking on this road from outside No. 35 for approximately 10 metres either side.

PRIMROSE AVENUE EN1 - 4674

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times:

“At any time” on 8th December 2025 for 6 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order would be

to close this road at its junction with Baker Street.

Whilst the restrictions are in force local diversions will be in place.

The provisions of the Orders shall apply only at such times and as directed by Traffic signs.
