What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)
(A3122 TO VENN CROSS, VENN, VENN)
ORDER 2025 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 10/12/25 for a maximum of 18 months.
Anticipated Finish 23/12/25.
Between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: A3122 TO VENN CROSS, VENN, VENN, CARRIAGEWAY, VERGE.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - A3122 TO VENN CROSS, VENN CROSS TO A379, THE RIDGES, TOLGATE COTTAGE TO DEADMANS CROSS, YORKE ROAD, TOWNSTAL ROAD, A3122 NORTON CROSS TO TOWNSTAL ROAD, VICE VERSA.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: CABLING & SPLICING, INSTALLATION OF POLES. For additional information contact: AIRBAND.

Roads affected: BUGFORD CROSS TO ASH CROSS, BUGFORD CROSS TO YEOMANS, COTTERBURY GREEN TO BUGFORD LANE, BUGFORD CROSS TO ASH CROSS, BLACKAWTON, CARRIAGEWAY, VERGE. The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - HEMBOROUGH POST CROSS TO CAPTON CROSS, CAPTON BRIDGE CROSS TO HEMBOROUGH POST CROSS ALONG ZC373, LEE LANE, VICE VERSA. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: ROLLING CLOSURE FOR CABLING & SPLICING.

Roads affected: FAIRVIEW RD, DARTMOUTH, OUTSIDE NO 22. ACCESS FOR RESIDENTS WILL BE MAINTAINED. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: 1M TRENCH IN CARRIAGEWAY FOR SUPPLY ALTERATION.
