(Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (Jamieson Gardens, Tillicoultry) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended) on 11th November 2025: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Jamieson Gardens, Tillicoultry (from its junction with Jamieson Gardens, westwards for a distance of 140 meters or thereby). The order runs from 0900 hours on Monday 8th December 2025 until 2359 hours on Monday 15th December 2025. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for planned works by Scottish Water.
