(Diwygiad Rhif 2) Gorchymyn 2025 Maes Parcio Bodlondeb ConwyY mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn dan Adrannau 32 a 35 Rhan IV Atodlen 9, Deddf Rheoli Traffigiaeth Ffyrdd 1984, ynghyd â’i holl rymoedd galluogi, i ddiwygio Gorchymyn Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy (Lleoedd Parcio oddi ar y Stryd) 1997. Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yw:
• Ymestyn yr ardaloedd talu i gynnwys yr holl meysydd parcio/faeau parcio ar safle Bodlondeb, fel y dangosir ar y cynllun sydd ynghlwm;
• Diwygio’r diwrnodau gweithredu o benwythnosau a gwyliau banc yn unig i ddydd Llun i ddydd Sul yn cynnwys y diwrnodau hynny, fel y manylir isod.
Gellir archwilio copi o’r Rhybudd yma a’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, ynghyd â mapiau a datganiad o resymau’r Cyngor dros wneud y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn Swyddfa’r Cyngor Coed Pella Bae Colwyn, Llyfrgell Conwy ac ar wefan y Cyngor.
ylid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, ynghyd â’r rhesymau drostynt, ar bapur at Gwasanaethau Parcio, yr Amgylchedd Ffyrdd a Chyfleusterau, Blwch Post 1 Bae Colwyn LL29 0GG neu at parking@conwy.gov.uk erbyn 19 Rhagfyr 2025.

(Off-street Parking Places) Order 1997
(Amendment No2) Order 2025 Bodlondeb Car Park Conwy
The Conwy County Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32 and 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, together with all other enabling powers to amend The County Borough of Conwy (Off-street Parking Places) Order 1997. The effect of the proposed Order is to:
• Extend the charging area to include all car parks/parking bays within the Bodlondeb site, as shown on the attached plan; and
• Amend the operational days from weekends and bank holidays only to Monday to Sunday inclusive, as detailed below.
A copy of this Notice, Order and plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at Coed Pella Offices, Colwyn Bay, Conwy Library and on the Council website.
Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to the Environment Roads and Facilities, PO Box 1 Colwyn Bay LL29 0GG or to parking@conwy.gov.uk by 19 December 2025.
