HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili (‘y Cyngor’), wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (‘Deddf 1984’) a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 (‘Deddf 2004’) ar ôl bwrw golwg ar effaith, ac ar gyswllt rhwng y prif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol â Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf 1984, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili 2019 drwy wneud y canlynol:

Newid y cilfach trwydded barcio i breswylwyr bresennol yn llinellau melyn dwbl

  • Wesley Place, ar yr ochr ddwyreiniol, o’r llinellau melyn dwbl presennol i tu allan i rif 15 Wesley Place i gyfeiriad y de hyd at ffin cyffredin rhifau 11/13 Wesley Place, sef pellter o tua 7m.

Newid y cilfachau aros cyfyngedig neu deiliaid trwydded breswyl presennol yn gilfachau deiliaid trwydded breswyl Parth B1 yn unig Llun–Sad 8.00am–6.00pm

    • Wesley Place, ar yr ochr ddwyreiniol, o ffin gyffredin rhifau 11/13 Wesley Place i gyfeiriad y de hyd at ffin i f Wesley Place, sef pellter o tua 29m.

    • Graig View, ar yr ochr ddwyreiniol, rhwng rhifau 1 a 16 Graig View, sef pellter o tua 82m.

  • Graig View, ar yr ochr orllewinol, yn y gilfan gyferbyn â rhifau 1–3 Graig View, sef pellter o tua 19m.

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND ON STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2019 (AMENDMENT ORDER NO 48) 2025

Proposed changes to existing Residents Parking, Risca

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council (‘the Council’) in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the ‘1984 Act’) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (the ‘2004 Act’) and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act propose to make an Order the effect of which is to amend the Caerphilly County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 by the:

Replace existing residents parking permit bay with Double Yellow lines

  • Wesley Place on its eastern side from the existing double yellow lines outside No 15 Wesley Place in a southerly direction to the common boundary of Nos 11/13 Wesley Place, a distance of approximately 7m.

Replace existing limited waiting or resident holder permit bays to Zone B1 resident permit holder only bays Mon – Sat 8.00am – 6.00pm

    • Wesley Place on its eastern side from common boundary of Nos 11/13 Wesley Place in a southerly direction to No 1 Wesley Place, a distance of approximately 29m.

    • Graig View on its eastern side between No’s 1 and 16 Graig View, a distance of approximately 82m.

  • Graig View on its western side in the layby opposite Nos 1 – 3 Graig View, a distance of approximately 19m.

between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 26/11/2025 to 18/12/2025 quoting reference SCF.5012924.
