Darpariaeth arfaethedig o ran dim llwytho nac aros 7.00–9.30am a 4.00–6.30pm Hafod-yr-ynys Road, Crumlyn
HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a’i holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, wedi gwneud gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith a ganlyn:-
Bydd y gorchymyn yn rheoleiddio’r gorchymyn traffig presennol yn Hafod-yr-ynys Road o ganlyniad i gael gwared â’r gilfan. Bydd y newid hwn yn gwahardd aros a llwytho ar y briff ffordd gerbydau yn ystod oriau brig, yn benodol 7.00–9.30am a 4.00–6.30pm.
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 26/11/2025.

a gellir hefyd eu harchwilio yn rhad ac am ddim drwy apwyntiad yng Nghyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Ty Penallta, Parc Tredomen, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7PG rhwng 09:00 a 17:00 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (ac eithrio gwyliau banc a gwyliau cyhoeddus), rhwng 26/11/2025 a 08/01/2026, gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod SCF.5012621.
Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un neu ragor o ddarpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ar y sail na chydymffurfir ag unrhyw un neu ragor o ofynion o’r Ddeddf honno a wnaed o dan neu mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny i’r Llys o fewn chwe wythnos i’r dyddiad isod.

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment Order No 40) 2025
Proposed Provision of No Loading and Waiting 7.00–9.30am and 4.00–6.30pm Hafod-yr-ynys Road, Crumlin
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made an order the effect of which is: -
The order will regularise the existing traffic orders on Hafod-yr-ynys Road as a result of the removal of the layby. This change will prohibit waiting and loading on the main carriageway during peak hours, specifically between 7:00–9:30am and 4:00–6:30pm.
The Order shall come into operation on 26/11/2025.
A copy of the Order as made, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority’s reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationsOrders
and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 26/11/2025 to 08/01/2026 quoting reference SCF.5012621.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the Court for this purpose.
