Beech Hill Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Fibre Network Ducting Works
What is happening?
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
(BEECH HILL ROAD (PART), ASCOT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made an Order, the effect of which will be to:
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Beech Hill Road from eastern boundary of No 50 Beech Hill Road in westward direction to the eastern boundary of No 60 Beech Hill Road.
The alternative route for vehicles is via Beech Hill Road, Rise Road, Galton Road and Beech Hill Road.
The purpose of the Order is to facilitate work in the said road, namely fibre network ducting, and as a result there will be the likelihood of danger to the public.
The Order shall be in operation daily between 09:30 hours and 15:00 hours from Monday 1 December until Wednesday 3 December 2025.
There will be a prohibition of driving when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
