Order made: To close that part of U23613 Alderhanger Ln Layby from its junction with A435 Alcester Rd for a distance of 60 metres in a south easterly direction.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: A435 Alcester Rd into Warwickshire.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 29 November 2025.

(C2044 Icknield Street/U2303 Icknield Street, Beoley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 – C2044 Icknield Street from its junction with C2035 Inkford St for a distance of 640 metres in a southerly direction. Closure 2 – U2303 Icknield Street from its junction with C2035 Icknield St for a distance of 470 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Pole testing & pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: Closure 1 Diversion: C2044 Lilley Green Rd, C2175 Billesley Ln, C2175 Seafield Ln, B4101 Beoley Ln, B4101 Church Hill, C2044 Icknield St (part).

Closure 2 Diversion: C2044 Lilley Green Rd, A435 Alcester Rd, C2001 Weatheroak Hill, U2303 Icknield St (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day (Closure 1 = 09:00-11:00 Closure 2: 11:00–17:00). Commencing: 28 November 2025.

(Link Footpath F30278 Dorridge Close to Marlpit Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure)

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F30278 Dorridge Cl (side No. 12) to Marlpit Ln from its junction with U30401 Dorridge Cl to its junction with U30407 Belmont Cl.

Reason: Gas main replacement by Cadent.

Alternative route: U30401 Dorridge Cl, U30408 Great Barn Ln, U30412 Bascote Cl, Link Footpath F30271 Bascote Cl (Btw No’s 11/15), Link Footpath F30270 Weatheroak Cl (Btw No’s 26/27), Link Footpath F30270 Belmont Cl (Btw No’s 1/12), U30407 Belmont Cl and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days (24hrs). Commencing: 1 December 2025.

(U33257 Green Lane, Studley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U33257 Green Ln from a point of 200 metres west of its junction with B4093 Studley Rd for a distance of 400 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Gas main replacement by S&R Construction.

Access: To be for emergency services. Must follow diversion route.

Alternative route: U33257 Green Ln (part) into Warwickshire and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days (24hrs). Commencing: 1 December 2025.

(C2292 Alcester Road/U23604 Whitepits Lane/U23606 Brookhill Lane, Portway)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 – C2292 Alcester Road from its junction with A435 Alcester Rd for a distance of 1666 metres in a westerly direction to its junction with C2292 Penn Ln.

Closure 2 – U23604 Whitepits Lane from its junction with C2292 Alcester Rd to its junction with C2175 Seafield Ln.

Closure 3 – U23606 Brookhill Lane from its junction with C2292 Alcester Rd to its junction with C2175 Seafield Ln.

Reason: Water mains repair by STW.

Alternative route: Closure 1 Diversion – A435 Alcester Rd, U23602 Billesley Ln, C2175 Seafield Ln, C2292 Alcester Rd and vice versa.

**Closure 2 Diversion – C2292 Alcester Rd (part), U23605 Brookhill Ln and vice versa.

Closure 3 Diversion – C2292 Alcester Rd (part), U23605 Brookhill Ln, U23604 Whitepits Ln, C2175 Seafield Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 152 days (24hrs). Commencing: 1 December 2025.

EXEMPTIONS:

TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2025 [Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on St Georges Road, Redditch]

Worcestershire County Council to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Redditch:

St Georges Road (South side): from a point 17 metres from its junction with A4023 Coventry Highway roundabout for a distance of 6.6 metres in a South Westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
